A contract between you and Syllable Digital LLC governing your use of TeamStreamer.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Syllable Digital LLC (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the TeamStreamer mobile application (“TeamStreamer,” the “App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. TeamStreamer is built for adults (parents, coaches, scorekeepers, athletic staff) who broadcast youth sports matches. If you are using the App on behalf of a club, school, league, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
TeamStreamer lets you:
The App provides only the capture, scoring, encoding, and uplink functions. The streaming platforms are not part of the App and are not operated by Syllable Digital LLC. Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.
The App stores stream keys and OAuth tokens for connected platforms in your device’s hardware-backed keychain. You are responsible for the security of the device, of your platform accounts, and of any credentials you choose to enter. Notify the connected platform (not us) if your account is compromised.
You are the operator of every broadcast initiated from your device. You alone are responsible for the legal right to capture and publicly distribute the audio and video you broadcast.
This includes:
Syllable Digital LLC does not pre-screen broadcasts, does not host broadcasts, and has no ability to remove or moderate content once it has been transmitted to a streaming platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Syllable Digital LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from content you broadcast.
You will not use the App to:
We reserve the right to suspend or disable App functionality if we become aware of misuse.
All purchases are processed and billed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android). Syllable Digital LLC does not receive your payment card or billing-address information. The price you are charged is the price displayed on the in-app purchase sheet at the moment you confirm the purchase, including any applicable taxes.
Sport Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Each sport subscription may be paused at the operating-system level (App Store / Play Store subscription settings), subject to Apple’s or Google’s pause limits (typically up to two months per year). While a subscription is paused, ad removal continues but external camera sources are disabled.
Refund policy is set by the platform that processed the purchase. Refund requests should be directed to Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (https://play.google.com/store/account). We will assist where we are able, but we cannot issue refunds directly.
In certain builds, new installs receive a limited number of free “trial” matches with external camera sources, paid for with a rewarded video ad watched at the start of the trial match. The trial counter is per-device. Uninstalling and reinstalling, or clearing app data on Android, resets the counter; this is a known limitation and not a defect.
TeamStreamer and all original content, features, and functionality (other than user-generated content and third-party-platform content) are the property of Syllable Digital LLC and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the store-provided license terms (Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play’s Terms of Service, as applicable).
You retain all rights you have in content you broadcast or record. You do not grant Syllable Digital LLC any license to that content, because the App does not transmit it to us.
The App integrates with Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, and PostHog (when analytics are enabled). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Syllable Digital LLC is not responsible for the practices, policies, availability, or content of any third-party service.
Features marked as beta, preview, or pre-release (including, at the time of these Terms, external camera support for GoPro and companion-device modes) are provided on an as-is basis and may be changed, restricted, or removed at any time. Backwards compatibility is not guaranteed for pre-release features.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
Syllable Digital LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, or streaming platform; that scoring data or recordings will be preserved; that a broadcast will complete or be received by its intended audience; that any streaming platform will accept, maintain, or distribute your broadcast; or that any eligibility status returned by a streaming platform is correct.
You bear the risk of using the App for events where uninterrupted broadcast or accurate scoring is materially important.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Syllable Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) content you broadcast or record using the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights of any person appearing in your broadcast); or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Note: If you intend to use binding arbitration with a class-action waiver, replace this section with a properly drafted arbitration clause reviewed by counsel. Arbitration clauses are heavily regulated and the form varies by jurisdiction.
To the extent the App is downloaded from Apple’s App Store, the following additional terms apply and supplement the terms of the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”):
Similar provisions apply where the App is downloaded from Google Play and are incorporated by reference from the Google Play Terms of Service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be surfaced in the App on next launch. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
